Global Winds are the winds that go around the earth. In other words, they're world wide winds. These winds have different patterns depending on the areas landforms and elevation.

The Prevailing Westerlies is a Global Wind blowing from West to East, and mainly blows over America and Canada.

Polar Easterlies[]

The Polar Easterlies is the Global Wind that blows from East to West in the Polar zones, such as the north pole and the south pole, typically ranging from 60°N to 90°N.
